We had the chance to work with Nathan and his team for our first home purchase. His ability to explain even the most complex items with such simplicity and with very quick turnaround times, made the experience beyond fantastic. Being a first time homebuyer, we expected a lot of unknowns and hiccups but he made sure that the whole process was smooth and even created a series of videos explaining each and everything we needed to know to make sure we’re well informed throughout the process. He’s also been very responsive with questions that came up even after we closed on the property. Will 200% be working with him again if the chance presents in the future!

Absolute top notch from all aspects starting with initial conversation all the way through the final moments in a very tight timeline. As a first time home buyer I was really scared and knew little to nothing about buying a home. Nathan and his team at Mortgage Architects was highly recommended to me by someone I trust that is very successful and knowledgeable of the Colorado real estate market. I could not have had a better experience! As circumstances were, I had less than 24 hours to put in an offer before the closing deadline on the house I wanted AND I was also using my VA loan benefit. Nathan and his team were so efficient and knowledgeable I was able to get the loan application and all necessary tasks in order to put the offer in by 8:00p that night. Nathan also understood my angst and put me at ease explaining every step along the way, educating me on industry terms and he put together several personalized and very professional videos so I could watch and rewatch as many times as necessary. The communication from his team was outstanding from phone calls and emails just checking in to ask if I had any questions and outlining tasks or due outs. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in my first time buying a house. I cannot thank them enough and I highly HIGHLY recommend Mortgage Architects for anyone buying a house! Had very bad experience. I got a reference from our realtor. Initially, we have shared the documents with Mr. Gaurav Tyagi he work for Mr. Prince and he shared pre approved mortgage amount. Then we were started to see the houses to purchase. Moreover, We put the request and it was accepted as a result our deal was done and paid the advance as per process. Then he applied for mortgage approval unfortunately it was refused. He ruined our case because if he did not clear about the assumed amount for approval then why he suggests us or provided a pre approval letter. Later on he had stopped to pick our calls for further clarifications and suggestions. I won’t recommend anyone to go Prince and Gaurav for mortgage approval. Poor services.
